Description
A character-filled Cyclone paper label axe with plenty of honest patina and a head that has come through its working life without damage. The bit has been carefully worked back to a keen, practical edge, ready for the job rather than the display cabinet.
The handle has been given a subtle two-tone elm stain that brings out the grain without trying to make it look like something it isn’t, then finished with Forgotten Steel Workshop Oil.
A good-looking working axe with a bit of history in the steel. The patina stays, the edge works, and the old Cyclone gets another run at the timber.
